Nicole has taught and supported women in childbirth since 1992. She was certified as a Bradley teacher in 1993 and as a doula through ALACE in 1997. She has been practicing as a Licensed Midwife since 2001.

Services: I meet with couples prenatally to discuss their priorities for their labor and birth, help them to develop a birth plan, and answer questions about their options. I am available for phone consultations throughout pregnancy. I can labor at home with you or meet you at your hospital or birth center.

Personal notes: I gave birth at home in 1989, 1993, and 1996 to three incredible kids who have taught me so much about birthing, parenting, breastfeeding, attachment parenting and homeschooling. My second daughter, whom I adopted at birth in 2006, has taught me even more about parenting and breastfeeding, plus some about bottle-feeding and not-quite-so attachment (but still fabulous) parenting.
